Seabreeze's two year parts and labour warranty is supported by toll free telephone (800-668-6095) and facsimile (800-256-7320), whereby the Consumer, or the store, contacts Seabreeze directly.
After Warranty Rapid Service "trade-in" Should your Seabreeze comfort products require service after the two year warranty period, please return the fan or heater in a well-packed carton, transportation prepaid, to the nearest Seabreeze service depot.
For the following models, please include a cheque or money order, payable to Seabreeze International, for the appropriate amount. A brand new replacement unit, with a two year warranty, will be shipped to
